I serousily cant find the darn thing.

I can't either so i just went onto the next level, there has been a couple of times when i have needed to use wall kick but i just left it! I am in Frostbite village now and i have already needed to use wall kick once! I think its just gonna get harder without it! ):

He is in Ice citidal you have to free him to get wall kick!

Ok so after you play as the Cheetah, Spyro is in the Icy Cididale. Once there, you go up
the magic ice platform, unlock the gate using water breathe and then follow the path.
You'll be asked to start the boilers and in return, you get a light gem (note: once you've
found the elder, you better have at least 30 light gems or you'll be stuck in that area
because next is the super charge area). After that, one side of one of the areas you p***
through will lead to a place where there are alot of Gnorcs, easily killed. You'll destroy
a dark gem and then fall down into a large pit where the elder is being held captive.
He'll tell you about the Wall jump!

i only found one gem where are the other two
