Ok, to rescue bastila you will have to talk to the judge. But then the black vulkars will threaten you. Then bastila will escape her cage and help you fight of the vulkars (you also have to kill their leader so bring medpacs!) then when you take bastila to the appartment, where she says you need a plan. Then she says you should ask around the cantina's. There you will meet a mandalorian who will help you get to daviks base where you will have a chance to steal the Ebon hawk. Just trust in the force and I'm sure this'll help you a lot ;)
