to open the doors take the tests on the computer. it will ask like 2 different tests I think.... the answers are...
1. Freedon Nadd
2. Gizka
3. 20
4. I always Lie
5. Power strength victory chains are broken
or something in those lines...
When you get to the sealed room that your party members say was sealed by a dark Jedi, look around the inside of the Sith academy for a datapad saying something about Thorium charges as a last resort. Make sure you have demolition skills or someone in your party to set the charges for you and you will take the charges and set them off at the sealed door and inside there should be a holocron from Bastila about Revan. If you do it wrong the holocron will be destroyed but the footlockers have some goodies in them!
