firt go to vivec then go to lower waist works from there go to the sewer down a trap
door.walk along the path you will find a guard standing near the edge. attack him a jump
in water he will follow but when he gets in he cannot attack u. so just keep on hitting
him and eventualy he will die.

in that same place dive under the water andsearch the in the water in the alleys there you
will find a desd guy just take his stuff.he will either have an enchanted amulet weapon or
armour/shield
