well u get a baby by either kissing or vibrating with ur husband/wife on a love bed.
but before u do so, u must fill up both character's motives
(ex: bladder, energy, fun, social, etc.)

if their motives are not full, it wont work.

you can easily fill up their motives by using codes.

first activate the blue gnome:
While playing press R, L, DOWN, BLACK, LEFT, B and a gnome should appear on the property.

then......

Raise Motivations - Enter R, LEFT, B, DOWN, WHITE. The Blue Gnome will now have an option to correct your Sim's motivations.

you have to get both of the sims in the bed and select relax and click on one of ur sims and try for baby

there is no way you can try for baby on the sims 2 for xbox
i think you can babies on the sims, the sims bustin out ,and the sims 2 on pc

Try to Make Out like 100 times in a row and Woohoo like 50 times in a row without your
husband/wife rejecting you and without your husband/wife getting out of the bed then after
a few days, there will be a message that says Your Sim is Pregnant! This means you'll have
a baby in a short time! Then after a few days, one of your aspirations will be Get into
double bed so get into a double bed with your husband/wife and there will be a message
that says Your Sim is giving birth and there you have it! This is from my friend... Pls.
