there will be some wooden trellace type thying on the roof of the building - jump down
into it and walk through a door once inside. if the roof does not have a hole in it, then
the guards are after you - kill them or hide from them and the door will open.

in every evel its on the roof go following your G.P.S untill there is a message it will
say sumthing like"***asins burea is on the roof" clamber up untill you see a mesage that
ether says ***asins burea open if so jump in if it says that the burea is closed then you
must become ananymus first and i was wrong its not on the roof in the level you start at
sory i forgot the name it start with a "m"

entrance is on roof either climb anearby building and jump on to roof or find ladder on 1
of the buiding sides
