I find it not very effective. I rarely use it as id rather put an emphasis on KILLING not
DYING.
Hardline makes killstreaks require 1 less kill, Hardline pro makes deathstreaks require 1
less death an example being dying twice and getting painkiller rather then dying 3 times.

i think it is ok

having killstreaks have one less kill has a variety of uses. if you have UAV then its
pretty useful with only needing 2 kills to get the killstreak. its for those players who
like to get quick killstreaks and be in still be in the main fight by not staying hidden
all the time
