BUZZ KILL :


notice that wen u get "BUZZ KILL" it says "Stop an enemie short of a kill streak" so
basicly it means when ther about 2 get a kill streak but u kill them on their last kill,
eg they have 4 kills and they need 5 fr predator missile but then u kill them, preventing
them from getin 5 kill streak. (unless the have perk hardline)
