You start off being dragged out of the flooded subway. You have a ppsh and an svt40(I
think).  So head down the street into an alley on the left that has 2 buildings with a lot
of people shooting at you. Run to the cover of the curb that is straight ahead. From here,
with full health, run across the remaining cars of cover until you reach a place that has
a hole in the building. Run to the far left corner, outside the building Take out any
people that can see you.  After run to the far right on top of the curb you hid behind
earlier, not entering the building.  Wait for a checkpoint.There should be an alleyway
connecting the two buildings ahead.  Throw a couple grenades into the alley to clear the
way.  I suggest you wait for sgt reznov to come in and clear some out. This may take a
couple tries but if you run straight into the alley and to the far right there should be a
corner you can hide and regain health in, just watch for people exiting the building. From
here look over the corner and you should see a room with a desk and 2 guys hiding behind
it shooting.  Take out the two guys and run to the desk, regaining health from the people
shooting you down the other way.  Wait for you allies to advance forward in the room.
Then go back to the other path into the house and use grenades to clear out the people at
the end of this hallway. Run from here through the rest of the building, shouldn't be too
hard, until you reach a trench that you must wait for tanks to advance. This is the
hardest part of the level.  Once they let you advance, run quickly to the far right of the
ground until you see a place you can vault over into the area with the flak 88s look over
this and take out any enemies with the svt40 you see, when you are sure that the area is
clear, you should move up and find cover immediately. The first flak should be closest to
the edge you vaulted up, throw grenades in there to clear it out and plant charges in it.
You don't get a checkpoint until you take out a second one.  So the one that should be set
charges on next is the one across from the first to the left. Throw grenades and ppsh
anyone you see by the flak.  Use cover to run to the flak and set charges. Hide behind any
cover you find and wait for a checkpoint.  This part is trick because tons of grenades are
thrown at you. My suggestion is to switch you svt with an mp40 if the svt is running out
of ammo. You'll never get this part done if you just sit back and do nothing, you have to
advance forward near the stairway. keep to the far left where the stack of boxes are and
make sure that when you go to the boxes that you look across to the right and clear out
anyone that can shoot at you as soon as this is done, if no grenades are being thrown at
you, throw grenades all along the level that the enemies are at. After the grenades
explode you should be getting grenades thrown at you. Instead of falling back, move
forward to the far left where a little block of granite should cover your back and left.
now look to the right and take out anyone behind cover. since you move forward, your
allies move forward now, when the enemies are cleared run to the hjouse that has a door in
it and a single wall in the middle, wait for your allies to move forward and then go back
out of the house by the stairway to the far left by the third flak. throw grenades into
the flak and shoot anyone by it. Make sure no one else goes to the flak to try and shoot
you, wait a bit and see. Making this as quick as possible, run to the flak and set
charges. When you run to the flak make sure it says to set charges and not pick up a
weapon, that happened to me and I died. After these charges, there is still no checkpoint
until the second flak is taken out. Go back in the room with one wall and throw grenades
out, while avoiding grenades and fire. When you feel comfortable and confident run outside
the house to the far right where cover is and where your allies should be. This is right
by the fourth flak and there should be enemies, so ppsh them and wait until all are
cleared. Quickly set the charges and find cover until the checkpoint. Once the checkpoint
is reached, look for the building on the right by the flak. There should be a couple of
sandbags and a car for cover right in front of the building, advance there and your allies
should also advance.  If you have grenades, throw them in the building. Try not to get
shot by the enemy up in the top floor. When you feel confident run to the far right down
an alley around the house. There might be an enemy behind cover to the far right of the
alley, kill him. Now take your ppsh and rambo your way through the house behind all the
people. hide by the ladder by the front of the house. When health is full climb it and
take out anyone on the floor. Switch your mp40 for the bolt action rifle I forget what it
is, maybe the kar98. now hide by the ladder where a wall where a window is. look to your
left where another building with a small opening is in the top floor. an enemy with a bolt
action rifle should pop his head out and shoot you, shoot him and then crouch by the
window. Look out to where the stairs are leading up to the reich. There should be people
behind cover and in crouch mode you should be able to hit them, but they can't hit you. If
you have a small tv and can't see the people because they are far away you can use the
ptrs but you will run out of ammo with it, which is why the bolt action rifle should be
used. This part is easy because all you have to do is take out the waves of people that
are seemingly endless. get ammo around the top floor and head back to the window.
Eventually you should reach a checkpoint. If you did not use the ptrs and are close to
running out of ammo with the bolt action rifle, finish the ammo and take it and move back
to the window. Continue killing people until your allies advance up the stars and you can
see them. Once this is done move up to where the ptrs was and look out and snipe anyone
you see by the reichstag. An ally should be going to the spot your at, which is a good
sign, but knife the dude. Continue knifing the people that come and sniping the enemies
until you see your allies advance the farthest they can on the reichstag. Once this occurs
and you feel confident, go down the ladder and up the stairs to the raichstag, but keep to
cover behind the car. Do this quickly, run to the very front of the reichstag by sgt rezov
and run back. There should be an explosion and a pillar should fall, clearing a way. A
flamethrower guy should come out and kill chernov. Dont get hit by the flames. You can run
up the stairs after the pillar falls and hide behind a pillar away from the flamethrower.
Don't hide next to him, he'll explode and kill you. you can't kill him, I tried. I knifed
him and he exploded and killed me. You'll have to redo a lot of shooting if this happens.
So hide until the flamethrower is dead. Then Reznov mourns chernov and takes the diary he
insulted in the beginning of the level. and then the level ends as reznov runs into the
reichstag, dont know if you can go into that door as the flamethrower comes out, never
tried. Hope this helps make the level easier.
