all you have to do is wait till he blows up a balloon shoot it then gas goes in his eyes and it hurts him plus he cant see and you can get in some good shots with sniper rifle or submachine gun but you can just run up and use battle axe (harder way)and why are you calling us tards.....

Get yourself a katana,lead pipe,or any type of knife and simply dodge his attacks.(example:zig-zag left to right when running forward to the clown when he decides to throw some knifes at you and attack him with any melee weaponz uz equipped with when you get in front of him.) "Use the katana it only takes four-five hitz and he can't block'em"

Go to carlioto the second time he has an awsome sniper it takes out most of your health in
one shot.
