Ok, the achievement is to collect 150 logs, it's not as hard as it seems because you get a log every time someone speaks to you and gives you instructions. Other then that just check out rooms and you should find audio logs, video logs, and text logs, you don't need them all to get this achievement. There are a total of 168, so you can miss 18 and still get it.
