Get all hal uniform from chest in the chamber of fate, get the knothole island(premium) then go to boxs of secrets with a pure exp potion then trade it in for hal's gun then you unlock the achievement its a hidden achievement so it doesnt come up if you dont have it. i discovered this achievement through being a curious collector if help is needed add me im daniel93coppolo(xbox 360 account name)
