Unlockable - How to Get the Top Hat.

To get this hat. You must do the quest "Rescuing Charlie" And Either Kill Him, Or let him die by the vast amount of enemies.
Then loot his body and you will get the item "Charles Hat." Wear it now. Wear it until you talk to his mother again, she will think you are charlie. She gives you a birthday gift and you can keep the hat.

u can also get the hat from knothole island but it aint called charlies hat its some uther thing
