At the start of a new story...after Rose runs off in the beginning save your game...enter another hero's story...earn a lot of experience...than fully upgrade your abilities...then go back to your new story...continue to various parts and you might be able to use your abilities. Like block, speed, inferno etc. So do this right and you'll probably get start off powers. |
