do u mean thers only 3 core quests or thers only 3 quests includin th mini quests?

In the main game, if you choose either the needs of the one or the needs of the many, you
lose your dog.

But If you buy the knothole island DLC, there is a thing where if you sacrifice someone,
you can get your dog back.
And as for the 3 quests, all they are, are dungeon quests. they aren't that hard either.
It won't last long, but It could hold your interest for a while. There aren't any new
quests either besides those 3.
And you also get many new potions, allowing you to change physical features.
Wieght potions, Height potions, Anti-Scar potions (there is also an augment you can get in
the making you get no more scars. Or something like that.)
there is also new items, you get a top hat. But not the one shown everywhere.
