where do I find the last Gnome and what do I have to do to kill him I have 49

The gnome's aren't really numbered there are just 50 of them. You need to go to each area
and read its info. It will tell you the number of silver keys you have got, how many
silver keys are available in the area, the number of gold keys (if any) that are in the
area and whether you've got them, and how many gnomes are available in the area and how
many you've found/killed/shot/whatever... Once you figure out where you're missing that
gnome you can look up their locations online then go to each one in the area until you
find the annoying little bugger...
