Secret - Every Weapon

If you enter your name as "Over Encumbered 4 Life" (without quotations) at the beginning of Fallout 3 when you are being born you will have every weapon in the game spawn outside of Vault 101 when you turn 19.

It doesn't work.
When you do it on the PC version without doing leveling cheats, after you reach Lv10 you will always be Overencumbered.
