complete all quest from primm in the last quest you have a choice to chose between a mayor and NCR chose mayor and wait till the open the real vicky and vans casino win at least 5000 caps then "but first i must warn it may or may not happend so just try it" where was I okay / go to the porson that exchange caps then give them youre caps then again then again the more caps the more it multiply by two and that is how you do it and there is more if you pick legon or ncr or both it also multiplyby two so you have infinite caps.legon. ncr good luck |
