You have to have a fair amount of caps for this. Go to a casino(any casino) and buy 33000 chips. Save your game in case the chips fall through the floor. Drop your chips, it should read when you put your crosshairs over them -32789 or something like that. Now just go to the cashier and sell your chips back but they will not be removed. You will not see them in your inventory. Also Do Not get more chips after you have your 33000 because your chips will reset and you will have to do it over again. Also DO NOT go higher than 33000 because it will make you get less caps on the turn-in. I tried 50000 and only got about 10000 back instead of 32000. Again this is not patched. Dont get over 20 million caps because it will turn negative on your inventory and be 0. Have fun with infinite caps the easy way.
