At the beginning of the game get the maximum of healing meds and then get your Xbox 360 controller, pull out the healing button(forgot which one), then stick a paper clip under it and over it and then smash the healing button in. This is called a modded Xbox 360 controller, do this before you start the game. Then turn the game on and at the beginning press to heal yourself and then paper clip will get stuck and you'll heal yourself so fast that the game won't realize that and you'll still have them all even after you used any. If you want to stop healing yourself just slap your Xbox 360 controller real hard and the button should get unstuck. I suggest YOU DON'T USE MODDED CONTROLLER ON XBOX LIVE FAR CRY 2. You'll most likely be banned OR kicked out of games all the time.
