I am currently portsmouth in the premiership and I have found some great young players that really improve with 2 seasons, they are G.Torre (portsmouth U18s), Scott Sinclair (chelsea Res), F.Adu (dc united), G.Bale (southampton) and L.Baines (wigan). If and when you sign these players send them to your feeder clubs and watch them become class players. I am currently in the uefa cup and sitting 3rd in the prem with all these players. Good Luck
