Dial these codes into your cell phone in game to gain the effect, go to the cheat menu in your cell phone to use previously entered cheats whenever.

When you cross the bridge where the police are guarding with a boat or helicpopter, go to Hppiness Island. When you get to shore, the boats wont be able to chase you, but the helicopters will. Go to the bog statue, keep going around until you see a sun shader in front of the statue's entrance. Use the weapon cheat, dail 486-555-0100, or 486-555-0150, and you should have the rocket launcher. Then use the rockets to fire at the copters and they will blow to the ground. If the police from the helicopter shot you, use the health cheat ( 362-555-0100 ), to restore your health. Before more copters come, shoot as many civilians as you can, and grab as much money as you can. When the police come back, repeat this process as many times you want, or until you die.
