First to make these unlockable beat the game 100%, x2 without cheats. Once you do this start a 3rd game and press X, Y, A, B, B, RB, LB, A...
As soon as you do this you'll haer the gtaiv theme song and a console like cheatscreen will appear. Put commands into it to get what you want.
