Press up on the d pad to get out your cell phone press up again to enter the keypad, enter the number and call it.

Enter the following password into the in-game computers.

If you want to get a nuke you must enter: 12721

As a phone number it may take a few seconds to spawn a nuke, notice this phone number adds up into "13" as bad luck and is a uncorrect cell phone number. It's met to be typed as I put it, this is a fairly new cheat discovered by testers. It should work but if it doesn't you'll need to return your game and get it scanned at your local GameStop.
