The sultan RS is a rally car that is hidden on the third island. well at the very top of the third island there is like a massive metal garage(where you start when you play with your friends online). well up the road from there there is a dirt track that leads to a broken house. there are some garages wat are smashed up behind there is where the sultan RS is.
