Okay, there is yet to be any real proof yet of Ratman (although it does seem to be
somethin R* would put into a GTA game) but on the in-game net, there are news reports
saying there is a serial killer who leaves naw marks on his victims much like Ratman
supposedly does. I've decided that im gonna look for him, attempt to kill him (worth a
try) then take a picture of his dead body and post it on youtube. I'll come back as soon

central he lifted up my bike while i was walking back to it and another thing i was

A team and I went searching for ratman in the subway. We found nothing but bums. we split
up into teams of two. My friend j21killa and I went searching but we didn't find ratman we
found somthing different and creepy a shadow shaped like a man ran into a wall. my friend
couldn't take a picture b/c it moved to fast but it was creepy

but in a few sec.the woman was alive ....he killed him again with a sniper (in the head )
and she still was alive!!!! :O
