If you dont care about achevements then you can simply use a cell phone cheat to spawn it.
To get the cell phone you must first complete a few missions for roman and he will give it
to you. After the mission, press up to bring the phone up and up again to veiw the key
pad. Each cheat has a number in its own and will be saved in your phone at the bottom of
your phones main menu. Here's the cheat along with a few others.
