When you are in a vehicle, put in the GTA cheat on your phone (482-555-0100). After that, change to the SMG. After you have out the SMG that looks like the MP5K from MW2, and you are still in the vehicle, put in the advanced weapons cheat (486-555-0100) and you should have out the P90. While you are shooting it inside your car, truck, or boat, watch Louis while he shoots 'cause he looks like hes spazzing out. Enjoy this glitch!! :o)

In the Ballad Of Gay Tony, after you get 100% on your game progress, go to the construction site. Once you get there, look around until you find the APC, and if you don't know what it is, it is a tank. Now the APC will be there every time.
