Extra songs that arent in the store

so i cant play freebird or war pigs or beast and the harlot i've beaten career mode on easy why arent these songs showing up?

you have to beat it on medium at least

beat it on medium and you will have free bird as the encore song beast and the harlot
hanger 18 and the other ones
