listen for the beeping and look up on some wires. there should be a sniper rifle hanging
on the wires.

First go over to the huge monument in the middle of the circle.You should hear some
beeping sounds,almost like a metal detector.If you went directly to the monument once you
got in,go to the left.There should be a truck of some sorts;look directly up follow the
path of wires and you should see Romeo's broken sniper rifle.
