Om halo 4 when will spartan ops be for people without xbox live because i cant afford xbox live please help quick, i really want to play spartan ops

Never.

You must have xbox live gold to play spartan ops.

You arent really missing much, spartan ops isn't that fun to me. It is just like campaign,
except in an enclosed area.

Also, i'm sure you just need an internet connection to play it. Only of you want to play
it with other people, then you need a paid subscription.
