gather loads of ammo and stay in the hole till truck comes, shoot guys on back of truck and then keep aiming at glass box round driver. it took me loadsa goes but eventually shot driver

u shoot the mine carlos had

get a machine gun off one of the men you killed (before you talk to jenny if your quick)
then shoot the gl*** in front of the driver when the gl*** breaks the truck will stop and you will have finished the section :)
