im stuck on chapter 7 i cant stop the big dump truck

HOw do you stop the truck and kill the driver

im stuck in the room where they have killed carlo
and im talking to jenny and members of the 7 come out and talk...
then when the talking finishes i keep getting shot by all the gaurds up the top and die... it says look at the mine so i shoot that and die al...

im stuck in the yard with jenny how do i get out with jenny, coz as soon as i move i get killed

Am i being dense? Can't seem to work out how to get past the guard. Everytime i sneak up on him i get spotted and fail the mission. I'm starting to get annoyed.
