I'm pretty sure it's not. After you beat Shukaku,you see Itachi and Kisame. Also, the subtitles say"3 months later."

Thats were I am too, theres a gate thats still closed to the south, I have a feeling thats were your ment to go next but I have no idea what I need to do to get that damb gate open

i just finnished fighting shukaku and then it showed itachi and kisame n then it said 3 months later but theres like nothing to do but lame missions around konoha.. is this game over??

uhm yea dudes, that gaara shakaku fight is around episode 86 or something. This naruto game contains only up to that episode, i do think they'll make an expension with the newer episodes though.

first you have beat shakaku and make all the people in the village happy you find your
final master ,dont forget to do all the missions and the quest

how do u open the exams??

you have to complete all missions and all quest to poen the exams
