 First, I've got all characters, aaaalll, except for one that is on the right side of naruto green suit and on the left of itachi AMBU. Who is this guy and how do I get it? Second, can you return to the the valley of the end, if I can please tell me how.

 ok so so far i already defeated him in the first round in the village. and the second part is going through the trees to the hot sprigs right to the other village or something like that. now how do i get to the other side of that area where the arrow is showing and defeat him so i can move on cuz i have been stuck there for like a month or two i believe please someone help me if you kno wat i should do plz email at okamiakura@hotmail.c om since i just found this place i wont remember wher.....
