how do i bring up players when they tell you that u should bring them up cause they will make ur team better???

i have entered the rbk edge jersey cheat which is great, but i am not sure where to enter the ccm jersey code. i tryed to enter it on the rbk edge screen but it wont let me! where do i enter it?
