The easyest way to get $$$ is to start up the Caves level on any difficulty, you will need 1 or 2 flashbangs and a weapon you like. at the start of level, get the items in the vases. continue on and run past the spiders to get the topaz trilliant and a sapphire pear. use the flashbang on the spiders and continue on to the end of lvl collecting everything along the way until the first doorway. quit and save, repeat the whole process.
