These work for sonic silver and shadow:
SONIC: While using the purple gem you can make it to impoosible places by using the special double jump feature, by hitting the A button whie jumping, you'll jump in the air. hit the A buton as many times as you like to g very far without dealng with enemeis. but be aware, doing things like going through rainbow rings or getting power ups or hitting springs may be difficult, judging on the screen changes dramaticly :(
SHADOW: jump and hit the X button and hold it down to levitate forever (most of you know this already) jup further by using this trick and then homigng attack.
example; trying to get to a kind of far rooftop, jump foward, hold X and then hit A to do a homing attack.
SILVER: pick up something with psychokinesis jump and hit the X button to levitate foever (on both levitate forever tricks you can rotate, good for both) but letting go of the X button will throw everything you have picked up if you have hold smash. rotae silver if you want to levitate for a while then throw something.
getting to places, say you want to take a smmall shortcut because of 10 enemies around you but they are blocking something in a box, simply get on something and use your powers, but it uses energy, It also has a limit, about 2/3 of your energy then you have to recharge.
