How Do I place bets on the races wen in freeroam

Hope someone can help- I have no more missions/races to do. All the ones shown on my map are completed, yet it only states the game is 44% complete. Im not even on the top level, only the 4stars one. Please help!!

i havnt unlocked the motorbike showroom let but i was woundering how much are the motorbikes

I own this for the PS2 and can't figure out how to get any of the bikes. Are there even any in the PS2 version?

I'm trying to find all of the car showrooms and have, but when I drive past some of them, they do not highlight as being found. Is there a reason for this?
