when you get to the hugest ranking it automatically unlocks

if you are crazy abuot getting you can use a fast car and take a run at the bushes to the
right after you get in make shure u put a book mark ard dont press reset

You have to finish tour of the island race once you've finished it you will also get given
a Alfa Romero 8c & the race track then you have to find that blue e

it unlocks when you get to either the rank of pro or expert - cant remember which one

no u have to get champion because when i got expert rank it said the track was open, but
then i went there and it was closed, but then i went there tried the bushes thing and it
didnt work but when i went to the entrance it was open, but when i was in the track i was
stuck. it lies after u beat tour of the island cuz i beat it twice, u only get the alfa
romeo, and champion level is hard as hell to acheive

on expert u get ford island circuit on champion u get the race track omg
