When u are in jail get out a frost ball(or any other destructune spells) and when the guard comes bye ur cell cast it he wont do a thing so repeat till hes dead try to bend down and loot his body and there u go.also if u like something there go put in ur jail cell so if u get cought u can pick it up when ur there.
