First. Go to the temple city district in the Imperial City. Find a house owned by Dorian, and enter. Find Dorian. DONT KILL HIM! Bribe him to the max, and go up the stairs. The lock is an easy lock so pick the lock. Open all doors on the top floor and exit. Go down and attack Dorian with your fists, and don't kill him! Lead him upstairs where you opened the door to his room. Take him in there and shut the door. Now, block two of his hits and then kill him. He should have all the loot you gave him.
