When doing the quest "Dagon Shrine" where you have to infiltrate the Mehrunes Dagon Shrine, instead of giving Harrow all of your items, find a flat surface and drop everything there. Also, for money, Harrow will take that, but you can either
A)Kill him, OR
B)Pickpocket it from him
Downside to killing him is that, if you're a low level character, you will most likely be slaughtered due to there being so many people in the Shrine.
