After you escape from the Imperial sewers (begginning of game), go to the imperial city, talos plaza district, and visit a guy named Dorian. Kill Dorian, and loot his corpse. When you take his money, it will decrease by a little bit, but it will be infinite! His body will dissapear after a few days and make sure he doesn't get out of his house and alert the guards.
