If you have a quite high conjuration, have access to the Mages Guild & the Arcance University here is how you do it. First purchase all the bound item spells & a pretty strong monster spell (Personally Skeleton Champion works best, from Athragar or Alberic little) E.G. sword, cuirass, greaves Etc. Next go to the Arcance University and go to the Praxographical Centre (spellmaking) and create 2 spells 1 spell with: Bound Helmet, Bound cuirass and Bound gauntlets. Create another spell with Bound greaves, Bound boots and Bound Shield. Cast Bound spell number 1 and let the skeleton damage your bound armour when irt's all damaged to about 99-95 Kill the skeleton and repair the bound armour, once you have repaired the bound items drop them and wait for the spell to run out and there u have permanent weightless deadric ^^. i got to lvl 24 bfore i got all of it.but when i was lvl 22 i did this quest where u gotta find this man uleron loche or summin. When u start quest u go to this fort and stright at the start there is a dude with almost full daedric armour he aint got the helm. and the longswrd he has that aswell. at lvl 24 i went to roxey inn its near the main city. inside is this guy called rogmor. HES IN FULL DAEDRIC ARMOur when u lvl 24 and he also had longswrd. Hes now deead on my file and naked
