its easy, there is a cave near skingrad called blood.... cave dont know the ful...

dont know the full name but its to the north of skingrad almost next to it.
Its full with vampires so u should get beaten up by them until you get the decease.
When you got the decease just wait for a couple of hours and then sleep in a bed.
U wake up as a vamp
