Im a level 20 wood elf born under the sign of the thief. I want to use magic but i really dont have that much magicka. I have only about 150 an my inteligence and will power are just over 60. I am not in the mages guild anymore becasue i was kicked out 3 times and i cant get back in. Is there anyway back in the mages guild after the 3rd suspention? How can i use good spells as a wood elf thief? plz help.(im looking to sue all types of magic)
