Vampire cure - Allies for bruma
you dont need to complete the allies for bruma to complete the Main quest. it is optional
, i always had to skip skingrad because the count is always in restricted areas. Vampire
Cure: this quests is FILLED with bugs , luckily you were able to cure yourself. Concerning
YOUR bug , there is a few ways around it. 1) find the count , speak to him yourself. 2)
use command humanoid to bring Hal-Liurz to where the count is then by speaking to her it
should do the trick , or speaking to the count with her there should also do the trick. 3)
find the count , punch him to get him to chase you then bring him to where Hal-liurz is ,
then She should make her way to the great hall , if not you may need to punch her too.
Then pay the fines for ***ault wait 24 hours and she should act as she is scripted to do.
also if you managed to receive you gold reward for the cure it is possible that the
subject for the reward NEVER gray's out meaning you could repeatedly receive the gold
reward. hope this helps.

Martin Septim
If you havent completed "deliver the amulet" then martin will be identified as a simple
priest and wont budge. If you have delivered the amulet , and found martin in the chapel
he will be surprised to learn that he is uriel's son , and will NOT leave until ALL the
other survivors are safe and sound. So you need to help the captain rid the city of
daedra. There is also a quest "breaking the siege in kvatch" but that is a different quest
, dont get em confused. You could do the quest but it has nothing to do with martin.
Martin just dosent want to abandon the others which is why he's being bull-headed , you
need to save the survivors , then you will be able to take martin to the priory.

Onlining Jailbreak
i dont think online play is available for oblivion , i could be wrong but i have never
heard or read anyone mention anything about playing online. To get the guards to stop
chasing you , you have 2 choices , 1) pay the fine , 2) go to jail and serve your
sentence. If the option to pay your fine is unavailable then you dont have enough gold to
pay it , then your only option is to serve your sentence , that way you get an invitation
in the thieves guild , and the guards wont chase after you (until your next crime that
is).

Simply the Best
the best sword is like the best looking woman , it is entirely subjective. The maximum
damage a sword can do WITHOUT enchantments is 30 , only 1 one-handed sword does that
amount of damage and that is UMBRA. The best IN GAME swords are the daedric versions ,
argueably an enchanted daedric longsword (ex: 28 damage + 30 fire damage) would be better
than the UMBRA however you have a charge limit and chances are a powerful enchantment will
allow you only around 18 hits before needing to be recharged , costing alot of gold in the
process. You could couple the fire damage (or frost or shock) with a weakness to fire (or
frost or shock) for 1-3 secs that way your second strike will be that much stronger. If
you have the shivering Isles expansion pack , there you will find amber and madness swords
, that are as strong as daedric ones , you will also find order swords that are as strong
as gl*** swords. You will also find dawn/duskfang which is MY personal favorite , if you
acquire it at level 30 or higher it will be as strong as a daedric one with an elemental
damage in the teens , but the real plus side is that it changes at , you guessed it , dawn
and dusk , and it auto-repairs itself and auto-replenish itself , allowing you to never
have to spend (or waste) money doing so. Also in the isles (after completing the SI main
quest) there is jyggalag's sword not all that powerful but it is HUGE as big as your
caracter and fun to play with , also it is un-enchanted , you can enchant it and rename it
as you see fit but its a two-handed sword. Another unique two-handed sword found in the
isles is SHADOWREND , if acquired at level 30+ it has a base damage of 28 and a damage
health enchantment. If you have the knights of the nine expansion pack , there is the
sword of the crusader , it is a powerful unique sword , if you acquire it at level 21+ it
has a base damage of 25 and a few enchantments , there is also umaril's sword , if you
acquire it at level 24+ it has a base damage of 26 and a few enchanments but it is a
two-handed sword. I dont know which swords you are familiar with , so lemme know if you
want the whereabouts of a sword and i will reply with directions.
TOUCH SPELLS: essentialy it is meant to take effect if you succesfully TOUCH an enemy , it
is more effective as restoration spells than destruction spells. It is very easy to miss
your mark especially if it is moving around. Some enemies (mankar camoran) have "reflect
spell" , that means they will reflect a percentage of the spell's damage onto the caster
(you). Some enemies like wraiths , ghosts and elementals (and many more) have resistances
to some magic , if you see on the upper-left corner a message saying "frost magic
resisted" it means that the frost spell does NO damage , ghosts are immune to frost , and
elementals are immune to their elements. It would help if you told me what the spell is. I
created a fire damage area spell , and coupled it with reflect spell on self , but when i
cast it i too catch on fire , and not for 1 sec but the entire duration of my reflect
spell taking damage in the process. Some creature like will-o-wisps are immune to normal
weapons , meaning you will need either a silver , daedric or enchanted weapon to cause
damage. It would help if you told me which creature you have a hard time killing.
Depending on the level of difficulty , some enemies (at the max difficulty) have 6 times
the amount of hit points that you do , meaning a 15 damage spell would indeed be useless ,
also if it is a drain health spell , the drain will last for the amount of time but once
the spell is over they regain the amount of health that was drained, (ex: drain health 100
points for 2 secs , for those 2 secs the enemy will have 100 less hit points due to the
drain but after the 2 secs. the 100 points is restored unlike a DAMAGE health will not be
restored unless they cast a healing spell). If you wish more precise info , tell me which
spell you cast , which enemy you have a hard time with and which sword you use , it may in
fact just be a simple problem like a dumb immunity that you may be unaware of , it dosent
say on the screen that will-o-wisps are immune to normal weapons (so are ghosts and
vampires etc). I am more than glad to help , but there is many possibilities and i don't
want to overlook anything , which is why this answer was so long. Hope this helps , or at
least give you some hope.
