the heaven's WRATH armor is a mod , and will not be found in the vanilla version of
oblivion. You meet Pelinal Whitestrake when you complete the pilgrimage , but as far as
the Divines are concerned you cannot meet them in the vanilla version of oblivion ,
perhaps with a mod you could.

What, i thought the ghosts on the Knights of the Nine were old Knights?

the knights of the nine and the nine divines are two different things , the knights you
see their ghostly figures and even battle witht hem , but the nine divines such as akatosh
and julianos etc.... are never encountered in the game
