no pc has mods but im talking just the game with only offical game downloads(shivering
isles)

you can become a werewolf look it up on youtube i saw it myself. but i heard it only works
on a certain oblivion game (elder scrolls,shivering isles. You want proof look 4 a video
on youtube.

i looked it up nothin very usefull but i did find a good walkthrew on how to turn into a
vampire

but dude if u get attacked by a vampire or you do aa certain quest on the dark brotherhood
you become a vampy(recommended u change back soon as you get some disadvantages)i don't
remember how to change back but you can't if you go 3 days in vamp mode without blood u
will be perm vampy

pc does have everything even good cheat go lookup oblivion IV elder scrolls ign then look
at it and follow instruction go to the table of contents then go to cheat and hints there
is quite a bit u would be invincible but i have 360 version nooo games still fun tho (btw
had red light when i forgot to save after 3 hour lol i had like 1k coins i just looted and
everything...)

pc does have everything (at least everything thats been conceived of yet) , but we are
talking about vanilla OB , and even on pc , vanilla OB offers no chance to become a lychan
, mods were added to make it possible to become one , when looked on youtube and you see
all kinds of cool stuff (some not so cool) that you have never seen on your game , that is
in fact a mod , mods exist for every little thing , (hairstyles , weapons/armors, spells ,
dragons , flying horses , new moves , etc.) and werewolves are one of those things , added
by mods ONLY , and no mods are available for ps3 or xbox360 users.

to sum up , no mods=no werevolves , no pc=no mods.

yeah mods are great. many people say that they're a waste of time, but they definately are
not. obviously there is a werewolf mod, but did you know theres a mod that gives you a
pilotable pirate ship? or a house in teh shivering isles? or my personal favorite, adds a
new race: the predator! if you do decide to download mods however, make sure you do so
from a legit site such as tesnexus or elderscrolls.com

Apparently, there really are werewoives in oblivion. I found a mod, that unlocked
material that bethesda made for the game, but decided to disable before release. There
were other things, like teleports, and levitation spells (they all work I use em), but to
get these things the modder simply made an npc that sells potions and spells.

yes you are correct but as all of us are saying it is through mods only which is available
to the pc players but not console players. The long debate about this is mostly axed on
rumors that werewolves are available through non-mods which is false , therefore console
players do not have access to lychans and will never. It is most likely that werewolves
were intended to be in oblivion when it was conceived of over 5 years ago but was cut
prior to release of the game 3 years ago , but is available with mods but not in the
console versions of the game.

that's what we've been saying all along , the only way to become a werewolf is with a mod
but since no mods are available for ps3 or xbox360 then you cannot become a werewolf on
those platforms. Therefore your answer is in the wrong place.
